KPM PCD Series

PCD series adopts advanced charging and discharging technology with a variety of built-in test and maintenance modes. It is suitable for discharge, charge and cycle charge and discharge tests of various types of lithium battery packs.

When the EVs cannot be fully charged or the voltage is insufficient, the PCD Battery Discharge-Charge Unit can detect the actual capacity of the module through the discharge mode before the maintenance, and perform supplementary electricity and capacity calibration after the maintenance to verify that the cruising range of the capacity has reached the expectation. PCD integrates charge and discharge and cell monitoring functions into one unit, communicates with the BMS of the battery pack, and can quickly and intuitively read cell info and screen out lagging cells, greatly reducing the maintenance workload. At the same time, using the PCD can greatly reduce the cost of battery replacement, increase the battery utilization rate, and reduce maintenance and use costs.
